About Darryl Huckaby: Darryl Huckaby is an entrepreneur, success coach, motivational speaker and an inspiration to individuals looking to upgrade their quality of life enhance their personal growth.
Huckaby earned a B.S. in Accounting from Duquesne University and a M.S. in Taxation from Georgetown University. He began his professional career as an accountant with CPA firms in Washington DC then transitioned to the Radio & Broadcast industry.
Huckaby worked most of his career as the VP of Programming for Radio One and Program Director of WKYS-DC and the nationally syndicated Russ Parr Morning Show. He developed on-air promotional campaigns and specialty events working with numerous record labels as well as artists including Jay-Z, Beyonce, Diddy, Usher, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown and more.
Becoming the victim of corporate downsizing, Huckaby transition to the record label industry working with Warner Bros Records as the Director of Mid-Atlantic promotions.
During his career in radio and records, Huckaby was featured in numerous publications including Black Enterprise, Bill Board Magazine, The Source Magazine and Radio & Records. He also received several awards including The Source Magazine Hip Hop Image Award, The Source Magazine 100 Most Influential People in Radio & Records, Air Industry Urban Program Director Of The Year and Radio One Program Director Of The Year.
While at Warner Bros Records, Huckaby began looking to develop a "Plan B" and create multiple streams of income. It was at this time he was introduced to leveraging emerging wealth trends and building residual income through entrepreneurship. On a part-time basis for the last 5 years, Huckaby has built a solid book of business and an organization of over 8,300 business partners in 35 states enabling him to "retire" from "trading hours for dollars" in the music industry.
Huckaby now utilizes his entrepreneurial success to help other individuals aspiring to upgrade their quality of life and build wealth.
