About Rasi Caprice: Rasi Caprice is one of the names not only associated with the DMV hip hop movement but one of the names that resonate what the DMV movement truly is. His career as an independent artist has landed him to perform for many and share the stage with some of hip hop's greatest entertainers. He has not only opened up for Lil Jon, Lil Flip and Juvenile to name a few but has also worked with the likes of Yukmouth, KRS - 1, Ghostface Killa, and fellow DMV recording artist Wale. His music and diverse persona has brought him beyond the context of the normal music industry standards and into even the world of politics where he has played the role of single handedly spearheading the DC Statehood movement raising awareness to do away with Taxation Without Representation.
