About Matt C: The Maryland born emcee by the name of Matt C, started rapping in high school at the age of 15. His heavy Eminem & Nas influence had him rapping over classic boom bap instrumentals with very raw lyrics & vivid story telling. Upon releasing his critically acclaimed mixtape “Double Devil Conscience” in 2011 at the age of 18, he gained some traction & developed an online fan base. Through out the the years he has released an extensive list of freestyles & EPs. Tailoring his lyricism to different styles of music & experimenting with different sounds.
