5 People Killed in La Plata Home
La Plata, MD: Man kills ex-girlfriend and her family in murder-suicide in Maryland.
The police arrived at the house to find the homeowner standing at the front door. He told them that he had returned home from work and discovered five people deceased inside.
Andre Sales, 28, of La Plata, is suspected of entering the home and killing four people there, shooting some and stabbing others. He then shot and killed himself.
