About Track: In response to J. Cole’s second verse on “False Prophets,” Wale delivers a freestyle over “Groundhog Day.” As fans suspected, Cole was discussing issues that Wale had gone through in the industry, reminding him to believe in himself and keep releasing music for his fans.
In this song, Wale delves into topics surrounding his mental health while also taking shots at Cole involving Jay Z and more. Nonetheless, towards the end of the song Wale assures fans there is no beef between the two.
