About P-eZY: Pierre "P-eZY" Barbee-Saunders was born in Durham North Carolina on August 3rd, 1988. He first began displaying musical interest around the age of 9. With his mother and father being a singer/instrumentalist combination, he was able to learn both skills. At the age of 11, Pierre joined band at Butner-Stem Middle School playing trombone. It was here where Pierre’s interest in all forms of music blossomed. He went on to play trombone and euphonium in numerous honor wind ensembles. His passion for music, eventually lead him to producing music.
Pierre’s believes that he has no great accomplishments. Even though, unsigned, he has produced tracks for artist that, are currently being played nationwide on Music Choice channels on Direct TV, Xfinity/Comcast and Dish Network. Pierre was catapulted onto DMV’s underground hip-hop scene for collaborating with one of the areas heavyweight artist, Carty-Yeah, in the song titled “DC Comics” which received over 1,000,000 plays on MySpace in 2007. Since then, Pierre has worked his way up to be considered one of the best unsigned and sought after music producers in the tri-state area.
Pierre has since worked with: Carty-Yeah, Ihsan Bilal, King-Kan, Legato Pryce, Spit-Sapreem, Gem-Star, Kendall Elijah, Truly Yours, Product, Marky, Mo-Chips, Obii Say, Damion Matthews (R.I.P), Felon and many more.
Pierre is a student at Full Sail University and is pursuing a degree in Music Production. His plans are to become an established music producer and to use his earnings to change the world. He is Co-CEO of Dropkick Productions, which was co-founded in Oxford, North Carolina in 2006, with NC based music producer James “JPro” Parker Jr.
